All about our realtor partnerships (what it looks like, what to expect, & more)

If you’re a real estate professional, you need someone you can trust to handle any home services needs your clients have.

You need someone who can help ensure your clients can move in when closing day arrives.

Someone who can handle repairs, installations, and more.

And we just may be the partner you’re looking for.

This post discusses what a realtor partnership looks like, what we can do for you, how to start the partnership process, and more.

Whether you partner with us or not, we hope you find it useful!

What does a partnership with Little Cahaba Remodeling look like?

First things first: Our partnerships with real estate pros are informal.

Right now, we don’t use contracts or retainer agreements.

Our agreements tend to be verbal. Again, nothing formal or contractual.

And we don’t require our real estate partners to do anything.

That said, we would prefer that you send us work if you agree to partner with us.

As a realtor, what can I expect when I partner with you?

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Quick responses to your questions
  • Timely communication on the status of your home services projects
  • Fair, transparent pricing

What services do you provide?

Our home services include, but are not limited to:

  • General home repairs
  • Electrical installation and troubleshooting
  • Cabinet installation
  • Shelving installation
  • Bathroom vanity installation
  • Baseboard and crown installation
  • Framing
  • Flooring installation
  • Demolition
  • Tile installation
  • Plumbing
  • Painting (exterior and interior)
  • Drywall installation

If you need a service that isn’t listed here, just ask us: (205) 894-5621.

Do you have a reduced rate for your partners?

Yes. Right now, we offer discounts for our real estate partners.

Call or text us for the specific details on these: (205) 894-5621.

What specifically can you do for me?

Aside from our specific services, we can do the following:

  • Complete tasks on inspection checklists. Often these checklists involve repairs and installations. And most of the time, we can take care of it all with our own team, but sometimes we’ll need to call in outside trusted subcontractors (such as an HVAC specialist).
  • Answer questions related to repairs and renovations. Feel free to write down your most common questions, and we’ll answer them. Or just let us know any questions from your clients, and we’ll do our best to answer them.
  • Prep your houses for sale. We know what should be done to get the house ready for sale without breaking your bank (our leadership has residential real estate experience). We can do job pricing or hourly pricing at a reduced rate.
  • Help your clients get their wish list once they buy their house. We offer home repair and remodeling services. So, if your client wants stuff done after they move in, we can make it happen.

What does the process of becoming your real estate partner look like?

From a high level, the partnership process looks like this:

  1. Schedule a meeting by calling (205) 894-5621.
  2. Learn how we can help you (and get any of your questions answered).
  3. If it makes sense for both of us, we can create a partnership (again, you won’t have to sign a contract).

If you’re ready to start the process of forming a potential partnership with us, give us a call today: (205) 894-5621.

We’re confident that we can earn your trust by providing consistent, quick, and quality service.
