How do you keep homeowners informed throughout a remodeling project?
You shouldn’t be uninformed about how things are coming along with your project. To keep you up-to-date, we use the latest software to provide you with daily communication with your project manager. This communication includes written updates, along with photos and videos of your project.
If I’m comparing multiple remodeling companies, what should I look for?
We recommend looking for companies with some online reviews. And when you speak with them, make sure they’re willing to provide proof of insurance and references from past clients. If they can’t or won’t share this information, keep searching.
You also need to make sure they have a valid home builder’s license and a business license in the city where they’re working. They must have both.
Asking for proof of current licenses, along with proof of insurance and references from past clients is a way to keep yourself from being burned by shady remodelers.
